RE: APPROVAL OF APPOINTMENT OF PAT HAM TO THE BOARD OF
ADJUSTMENT
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS , a vacancy currently exists on the Board of
Adjustment, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Pat Ham be appointed
to the Board of Adjustment with her term to expire December 31,
1987, and
WHEREAS, the Board desires to appoint Pat Ham to the
Board of Adjustment to represent District #5 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that Pat Ham be, and hereby
is, appointed to the Board of Adjustment, representing District
#5, with her term to expire on December 31, 1987.
The above and foregoing Resolution was , on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 20th day of
August, A.D. , 1984 .
