HomeMy WebLinkAbout20021428.tiff RESOLUTION RE: ACTION OF THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS REGARDING VIOLATION VI #0200027 AGAINST TROY AND JUDY HEFNER FOR VIOLATION OF THE WELD COUNTY CODE WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, Troy and Judy Hefner, VI #0200027, are allegedly in violation of the Weld County Code, and WHEREAS, on the 4th day of June, 2002, a public hearing was held before the Board of County Commissioners for the purpose of hearing testimony relating to said violation, at which time the matter was continued to July 9, 2002, to allow the property owner time to complete all required inspections, and WHEREAS, on the 9th day of July, 2002, a public hearing was again held before the Board of County Commissioners for the purpose of hearing testimony relating to said violation, and WHEREAS, Troy and Judy Hefner were not present or represented at said hearing, and WHEREAS, at said hearing of July 9, 2002, the Board of County Commissioners determined the property owner has received the Certificate of Occupancy and deemed it advisable to dismiss said matter.
