I'm a contractor and I put in septic systems and do some concrete work. I would like to use this building to store septic system supplies such as infiltrators, pumps and maybe some plastic tanks. I also do small jobs involving concrete. I use Lite-Forms to build foundation walls. I would like to keep those forms in the building as well. I sell these forms and install them. Occasionally, customers will come by to pick them up, but mainly I will deliver them to the site. I want to keep my business small. I also plan on keeping my business building and surrounding area well maintained and picked up. In the future, I may start up a tree farm I own 11 acres and I would like to plant up to one thousand evergreen trees. I would grow trees to a height of 4' to 5' and then sell them to nurseries.
