We spoke on the phone Wednesday, ugust 28. At that time I described a Verizon Wireless installation located in unincorporated Weld Coun . There is a 299' tower and equipment shelter located on the property, Please see the attached al description. The property is owned by Gary W. Wideman and Nancy Wideman and leased to G ley MSA Limited Partnership, U S WEST NewVector Group♦ Inc. under Option and Lease Agreem t dated April 15, 1987. The first page of that agreement is attached to this fax. Verizon is a su r to the Greeley MSA Limited Partnership relative to ownership and operation of the cellular tele hone tower. At this time it has become ecessary to add a 6' microwave dish to the tower at an elevation of 270' (centerline). See the encI�d Site Modification Request From and CAD drawing for partici.tars relative to the antenna and its k ciabi on the tower. I need to know whether V I' on must secure land use approval from Weld County to ad i the single microwave, dish. This di will allow Verizon to provide a connection to landline telephone service needed for a second tacit' which is located in Larimer County. I have already received approval from Larimer County to add a co parable dish to that tower. In essence, Mr. Rob Helfrich(Ladner County) responded by return mail th no additional zoning approvals would be required. Would you please determine whether Verizon must secure any additional approvals for the microwave dish. Hopefully, this narrative and additional documentation will suffice.
