RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING MOBILE HOME PERMIT, ZPMH #2307 -
RICHARD CARLSON
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with a Mobile Home Permit, ZPMH #2307,
for a mobile home for temporary use during the construction of a residence for Richard Carlson,
P.O. Box 597, Hudson, Colorado 80642 and
WHEREAS, a hearing before the Board was held on the 26th day of August, 2001, at
which time the Board deemed it advisable to continue said matter for 30 days to allow the
Department of Planning Services staff time to review the amended use for the mobile home as
presented by the applicant.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that the abovementioned matter be, and hereby is, continued to
September 23, 2002, at 9:00 a.m.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 26th day of August, A.D., 2002.
