Gentlemen:
Longs Peak Water Association is willing to provide water service
to the property currently owned by Mr. Carl Schaal located in the
NW 4 of Section 30, Township 3, North Range 68 West subject to
the owner's compliance with the charges , rules, and regulations of
the Association and subject to the owner's purchase of the tap
and providing water in accordance with the engineering requirements
of the Association.
The statement of willingness to serve will remain valid for a
period of six (6) months from the date of this letter.
