The Department of Planning Services staff is requesting that the Board review the individual cases and determine whether or not to authorize legal action to remedy the violations. Weld County Zoning Violation Cases: VI-0100044, Mr. Mike Gauger Chapter 23, Article 111(3), Division 4, Sections 23-3-330, 23-3-330.B, 23-3-330.6.1, 23-3-350, 23-3-350,G and 23-3-350.G.2 of the Weld County Code. Address all outstanding issues presented by the Department of Planning Services & Public Works, thus allowing completion of the Site Plan Review process; otherwise, the business shall cease all operations. VI-0100287, Mr. Ernest E.
