RE: Request for a Pre-Advertised Board of County Commissioners Hearing, PZ-613
Dear Ms. Lockman:
This letter is a formal request for a pre-advertisement concerning the Change of Zone application for the
Cattail Creek PUD, PZ-613. Due to extenuating circumstances and the lack of surrounding property
owner notification prior the scheduled August 20 Planning Commission hearing, we ask for the earliest
possible hearing date to present PZ-613 before you.
I have enclosed a check in the amount of$15.00 to make up the difference for the pre-advertisement fee.
My representative spoke with Ms. Esther Gesick with the Clerk to the Board's Office yesterday
afternoon. Ms. Gesick informed Anne Best Johnson the earliest hearing date available is October 2,
2002. Ms. Gesick needs information from you immediately. The pre-advertising request hearing is
tentatively scheduled for September 4h or 9th. Please confirm these hearing dates with Ms. Gesick.
Your immediate attention is appreciated. -
Thank you for your time and consideration in this matter. If you have any questions, please contact my
representative, Anne Best Johnson at (970) 412-8640.
Sincerely,
George DuBard
