HomeMy WebLinkAbout20021403.tiff RESOLUTION RE: APPROVAL OF TEMPORARY PERMIT FOR A 3.2 PERCENT BEER RETAIL LIQUOR LICENSE FOR OUR LITTLE STORE, LLC, DBA OUR LITTLE STORE WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, Our Little Store, LLC, dba Our Little Store, 4821 Yellowstone Drive, Greeley, Colorado 80634, has presented to the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, an application for a Transfer of Ownership of a 3.2 Percent Beer Retail Liquor License, for the sale of 3.2% fermented malt beverages in sealed containers not for consumption at the place where sold, said License previously held by Linda Fangmeier, dba Our Little Store, and WHEREAS, Section 12-47-303, C.R.S., allows for the issuance by the Board of County Commissioners of a temporary permit to the transferee of an existing liquor license to authorize the transferee to conduct business and sell alcoholic beverages at retail in accordance with said license, subject to compliance with certain conditions, and WHEREAS, Our Little Store, LLC, has complied with all of the conditions set forth in said Section, and WHEREAS, Our Little Store, LLC, has also submitted the required application fee for said temporary permit of$100.00. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that having considered said request for a Temporary Permit, does hereby grant to Our Little Store, LLC, dba Our Little Store, 4821 Yellowstone Drive, Greeley, Colorado 80634, a Temporary Permit to conduct business and sell 3.2% fermented malt beverages in sealed containers not for consumption at the place where sold, at retail at said location in accordance with the license previously held by Linda Fangmeier, dba Our Little Store, subject to all other rules and regulations set forth by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, commencing May 31, 2002, for a period of 120 days, or until such time as the application for Change of Ownership is finalized, whichever shall occur first. Masdenen 6 Date of signature: /v 2002-1403 LC0021 PLEASE POST NEAR EXISTING LICENSE TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: On May 30, 2002, Our Little Store, LLC, dba Our Little Store, submitted to the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, an application for a Transfer of Ownership for a 3.2 Percent Beer Retail Liquor License, with said license previously being held by Linda Fangmeier, dba Our Little Store, and expiring on November 30, 2002. Until the Transfer of Ownership has been considered by the Board of Commissioners and notification has been received from the State advising whether this Transfer of Ownership request has been approved or disapproved, the Board hereby authorizes the continued sale of malt, vinous, and spirituous liquor at this establishment which is located at 4821 Yellowstone Drive, Greeley, Colorado 80634, under a Temporary Permit approved by the Board on June 3, 2002, nunc pro tunc May 31, 2002. This Temporary Permit allows Our Little Store, LLC, dba Our Little Store, to conduct business and sell 3.2% fermented malt beverages in sealed containers not for consumption at the place where sold, at retail at said location in accordance with the license previously held by Linda Fangmeier, dba Our Little Store, subject to all other rules and regulations set forth by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, for a period of 120 days, or until such time as the application for Transfer of Ownership is approved by the State of Colorado, whichever shall occur first.
