This letter is being sent to you under our responsibility to comply with state statutes
regarding notice to mineral estate owners. Colorado Revised Statute, C.R.S.24-65.5-103
(adopted as part of H.B.01-1088)requires notification of all mineral estate owners 30
days prior to any public hearing.
Our hearing date is scheduled for May 21, 2002, at 1:30 p.m. This meeting will take
