Dear County Commissioner,
Due to a significant increase in the cost to do business, there will be a rate increase of$2.07, plus
Franchise fees to our basic package and $2.57 plus Franchise fees to the Senior rate basic
package for the Eaton, Johnstown, Kersey, Platteville and Gilcrest areas and a rate increase of
$2.07, plus Franchise fees to our basic package only in the Hudson and Keenesburg areas
effective February 1, 2003.
