RE: ESTABLISH CHANGE FUND FOR WELD COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC HEALTH
AND ENVIRONMENT
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS,the Board has received a request from the Weld County Department of Public
Health and Environment that a Change Fund in the amount of$200.00 be established for use at
the Southwest Weld County Administrative Building, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance and Administration and the Comptroller have
recommended approval of said request, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, deems it
advisable and in the best interests of Weld County to approve said request.
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado,that a Change Fund in the amount of$200.00 be,and hereby is, established for
the Weld County Department of Public Health and Environment.
The above and foregoing Resolution was,on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 13th day of March, A.D., 2002.

I am requesting an addition of $200.00 to the change fund for the
Department of Public Health and Environment. These additional
funds will be used for transactions at the Southwest Weld County
Services Complex.
