RE: APPROVAL OF RENEWAL APPLICATION FOR RETAIL LIQUOR STORE LICENSE
FROM RLF, INC., DBA CJ'S LIQUORS - EXPIRES AUGUST 5, 2003
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, RLF, Inc., dba CJ's Liquors, presented to the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, an application for the renewal of a Retail Liquor
Store License, for the sale of malt, vinous and spirituous liquors, and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Exhibit 5-H of the Weld County Code, said applicant has paid
the sum of$87.50 to the County of Weld for the renewal of the existing license, and
WHEREAS, said applicant has exhibited a State Liquor License for the sale of malt,
vinous and spirituous liquors in sealed containers not for consumption at place where sold,
outside the corporate limits of any town or city in the County of Weld at the location described
as follows:
3907 Highway 119, Longmont, Colorado 80504
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, having examined said application and the other qualifications of the
applicant, does hereby grant License Number 2002-09 to said applicant to sell malt, vinous and
spirituous liquors in sealed containers not for consumption at place where sold, only at retail at
said location; and the Board does hereby authorize and direct the issuance of said license by
the Chair of the Board of County Commissioners, attested to by the Clerk to the Board of Weld
County, Colorado, which license shall be in effect until August 5, 2003, providing that said place
where the licensee is authorized to sell malt, vinous, and spirituous liquors in sealed containers
not for consumption at place where sold, shall be conducted in strict conformity to all of the laws
of the State of Colorado and the rules and regulations relating thereto, heretofore passed by the
Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, and any violations thereof shall be
cause for revocation of the license.

• The Colorado Legislature increased your license fee by $25.00 effective
r July 1, 2002. -
• If you have received this letter, remit an additional $25.00 immediately.
• Please call (303) 205-2300 for additional information, if needed.
The Liquor Enforcement Division recognizes that many of these renewals were
filed by you with the local licensing authority prior to July 1, 2002. The Division
and your local licensing Authority were NOT aware of this additional fee at the
time of issuance of the renewal notices. However, the Division did not want to
hold up the issuance of your current license due to this change. A subsequent
notice has been mailed to you. Please write your state account number on this
document and remit an additional $25.00 immediately.
Failure to remit the fee due may result in additional expenses and the
issuance of an Order to Show Cause and Notice of Hearing. •
Please remit $25.00 payable to "The State of Colorado" at the address below
immediately upon receipt of your new license and this letter.
