RE: APPROVE REAPPOINTMENTS TO CHILD PROTECTION CITIZEN REVIEW PANEL
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Child Protection Citizen Review Panel, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Susan Bjorland, Barbara Rodgers, and
James Whiting be reappointed to said board, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to reappoint Susan Bjorland, Barbara
Rodgers, and James Whiting to said board, with their terms to expire March 4, 2005.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that Susan Bjorland, Barbara Rodgers, and James Whiting be, and
hereby are, reappointed to the Child Protection Citizen Review Panel, with their terms to expire
March 4, 2005.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 20th day of February, A.D., 2002.
