If a question does not pertain to your use, please respond with "not applicable", with an explanation as to why the question is not applicable. 1. Explain, in detail, the proposed use of the property. Is to have a home with horse property. The large shop we would like store trophy components in about a third of the building. We plan to put a pool table/ couches and use as a game room for our kids (this is the large room that is finished). There will be an office of about 200 square feet. The rest of the building we do not have a use for at this time. 2. Explain how this proposal is consistent with the intent of the Weld County Code, Chapter 22. Proposed use will not change the existing agriculture nature of property. 3. Explain how this proposal is consistent with the intent of the Weld County Code, Chapter 23 and The zone district in which it is located. Surrounding our property uses are acreages with residential and other buildings the same size as ours with small businesses being there. 5. Describe, in detail, the following: ( c ' ' ` a. None, there will be no changes to the existing building. e. What type and how many animals, if any, will be on this site? 10 horses f. What kind (type, size, weight ) of vehicles will access this site and how often? • Delivery truck—twice a week, UPS truck—four times a week, Ford pickup and Ford Explorer every day. g.
