FUNK -0 AND WINDSOR RESERVOIR AND CANAL COMPANY m WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, a Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has reviewed the u,L request of Everett E. Funk and Windsor Reservoir and Canal Company for an exemption from the definitions of "subdivision" and "sub- divided land" in Section 30-28-101 (10) (d) , CRS 1973, as amended, 3 and Section 2-1 A. (3) of the Weld County Subdivision Regulations, cnx and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners finds that Everett E. Funk and Windsor Reservoir and Canal Company are the owners of a certain parcel of land located in part of Sections 27 , 28, 33 and 34 , T7N, R67W of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado, con- z taining 12. 10 Acres, more or less, and v WHEREAS, Everett E. Weld County, Colorado. We are trading the parcel marked number "A" , as shown by the attached survey now owned by Everett E. Funk for the parcel marked number "B" , and as showned by the attached survey now owned by the Windsor Reservoir and Canal Company. The reason for this trade is to remove parcel "A" from the middle of the farm ground owned by Windsor Reservoir and Canal Company thereby eliminating a very difficult field to farm because of point rows and having a long narrow building site in the middle of a good productive farm field. By exchanging parcel "A" which contains 4.59 acres for parcel "B" a square 2.5 acres located in the Northeast corner of said field it will eliminate the division of the main field and sepatate ownerships into a much more usable site for both parties. The presence of a long narrow building site in the middle of a good farm field doesn't allow good land use.
