RE: Project Completion Report for CDBG Contracts H7CDB96637 and H7CDB96637B
Dear Commissioner Herbert:
We have received and reviewed the Project Completion Report for the Weld County Housing
Rehabilitation project. The report has been found to be complete and has been accepted. We
have conditionally closed out this project as of April 10, 2002.
X This project closeout is conditioned only on the completion of the audit requirements.
However, any program income that is earned from the use of these CDBG funds must
be used in accordance with all CDBG requirements and must be reported yearly to the
Division of Housing using the "Quarterly Financial Status" report form. When reporting
program income revenues and expenditures, please allocate to the proper activity
categories.
We have enjoyed working with you and your staff on this project and hope that we can continue
to assist you in addressing your community development needs.
