I am unable to look up the information I need as I am out of the state for awhile, so if you could answer a
few questions,
[1] What is the current R-5 zoning? What is a R-2 zoning?
[2] If possible, may I have Hill N Park street addresses for this rezoning?

Beth I hope you don't mind my using this method of getting in touch with you but it is so difficult to call
sometimes. My name is Peggy Campbell at 5000 44th Ave. and we have talked a few times in court
about USR 1318 and USR 1371. Now I hear that another case in developing out here in this same area.
Case No. A 569 Lifestyle Homes is going for a change of Zoning too. If there is a way to fax or email us a
description of Agriculture Zoning and the description of the
Commercial or Industrial Zoning that everyone is trying to change this area to it would be much
appreciated because we could use that information at the next neighborhood meeting before the 19th
court date. Everyone is getting so discouraged with the zoning group because it doesn't seem anything is
getting accomplished!Thank you Peggy If you need a fax# let me know.
