RE: APPOINTMENTS TO THE WELD COUNTY HEALTH BOARD.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, several vacancies currently exist on the Weld County
Health Board, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that the following people
be appointed to said Health Board to fill the unexpired terms
of the former members :
Term to Expire:
District 1 : Dale Benson May 23, 1982
District 2: Barbara Steffens May 23 , 1981
District 3 : Richard Gazlay May 23 , 1983
District 4 : Steven Sears May 23 , 1982
District 6 : Lois Smee May 23, 1983
At-Large: Mary Henneck May 23 , 1982
At-Large: Mike Deutcher May 23, 1983
At-Large: Thomas Baldwin, M.D. May 23 , 1981
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners desires to appoint
the above mentioned people to the Weld County Health Board.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the above mentioned
people be, and hereby are, appointed to the Weld County Health
Board for terms to expire as stated herein.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 7th day of
January, A.D. , 1981.
