RE: APPOINTMENT OF EDWARD REICHERT TO THE WELD COUNTY PLANNING
COMMISSION
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Weld County Plan-
ning Commission in District V due to the resignation of Don
Billings whose term expires July 31, 1982 , and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Edward Reichert be
appointed to said Planning Commission and whose term shall expire
July 31, 1985.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that Edward Reichert be, and
hereby is, appointed to the Weld County Planning Commission, for
District V, for a term to expire on July 31, 1985.
The above and foregoing Resolution was , on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the Following vote on the 14th day of
June, A.D. , 1982 .
