RE: APPOINTMENT OF SHARON KAHL AS DEPUTY CLERK TO THE BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, due to the termination of Kimberlee Schuett, a need exists to appoint
another Deputy Clerk to the Board, and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 3-7 of the Weld County Home Rule Charter, it is the
desire of the Board to appoint Sharon Kahl as Deputy Clerk to the Board and to rescind the
appointment of Kimberlee Schuett.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that Sharon Kahl be, and hereby is, appointed Deputy Clerk to the
Board, effective April 30, 2002.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board, that the appointment of Kimberlee Schuett
be, and hereby is, rescinded.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 6th day of May, A.D., 2002, nunc pro tunc April 30, 2002.
