RESOLUTION RE: GRANT MOBILE HOME PERMIT NO. 775 - PATRICIA AND LARRY STOUT WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado on the 31st day of August, 1983 , considered the request of Patricia and Larry D. Stout to place a mobile home to be used as a principal dwelling, and to be occupied in an A-Agricultural Zone District, on a parcel of land more particularly described as follows: Part of the Southwest a, Section 9, Township 4 North, Range 64 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, having heard the testimony, finds that said request should be granted sub- ject to the applicant submitting a mylar plat to the Department of Planning Services Office to be recorded in the office of the Clerk and Recorder. The plat shall be drawn in accordance with the requirements of Section 9-2 C. (4) of the Weld County Sub- division Regulations. The plat shall be submitted within ninety (90) days from the date of approval by the Board. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com- missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the request of Patricia and Larry D.
