In accordance with the Weld County Home Rule Charter, the hearing notice on
your request for a Special Use Permit for a dog kennel was published twice
in the Johnstown Breeze. You are responsible for payment of said publications
and have been billed directly by the Johnstown Breeze. As of this date, we
have been advised by the Johnstown Breeze, these fees have not been paid.
Please remit upon receipt of this letter, $13.95 to the Johnstown Breeze,
P. 0. Box 400, Johnstown, CO 80534.
We have tried on numerous occasions to reach you by phone to discuss this
matter, but to no avail. If you have any questions, please contact our
office at 356-4000 ex. 227.
