RE: RESCINDING HUMAN RESOURCE DIVISION'S EMERGENCY REVOLVING FUND ACCOUNTS.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado Statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is
vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County,
Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners approved Emergency Revolving
Funds on June 9, 1980 in the amount of $300.00 for the Greeley Office and
approved a Fund of $300.00 on July 2, 1980 for the Ft. Lupton Office, and
WHEREAS, it has been determined by the Director of Finance and Adminis-
tration and Director of Human Resources that the Emergency Cash Revolving
Funds are no longer required.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners
of Weld County, Colorado that the two Emergency Cash Revolving Funds
operating in the Human Resources Divison are hereby rescinded, effective
immediately.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Human Resources Fiscal Officer shall
remit to the Accounting Office $600.00 and all unused checks associated
with the Revolving Fund.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the Human Resources Fiscal
Officer shall notify the banks involved that the Human Resources Emergency
Cash Revolving Funds are closed.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote on the 19th day of April, A.D. , 1982.
