Dear Mr. French,
This letter is to inform you of the problems that have been created and continue to occur
as a direct result of the actions of Kerr-McGee. This matter needs to be addressed and
taken care of within 30 days of this letter.
My private property has now became a thoroughfare and parking lot for vehicles and
semi tractor-trailers other than Kerr-McGee employees or their contractors. This is a
daily occurrence. This thoroughfare has now also made my property a target for theft.
Along with theft it has created the ability for livestock to come on to my property from
neighboring lots and cause damage.
Kerr McGee needs to install a locked gate along my property line that was torn down by
said company. Any opening along this property line that the gate does not cover will
require permanent fencing to be put back in place. The property line needs to not only be
secure from vehicles using it as a roadway thus creating a liability but must also fence out
all horses and livestock from entering onto my property that can cause damage. Kerr
McGee needs to post signs that state "Private Property No Trespassing" in plain sight at
all entrances on to my property that your company is using.
This questionable forced access across my property lines that your company has created
has now become a public roadway and needs to cease and desist immediately. Vehicles
and people seen trespassing on this access will be asked to provide proper ID proving that
they are Kerr-McGee employees or contractors of Kerr-McGee. If proper ID is not
provided trespassing charges will be filed.
