FRICO
FRICO owns a parcel of land and house close to the present and proposed dog
mill. FRICO's employee lives in this house and is required to work from
this location.
We wish not to enter into a dispute with Mr. or Ms. Dye but the barking of
the dogs at night is unbearable. I question the quality of the operation
and am concerned about the waste from the dogs and dairy being disposed
across the road from our house. The animal waste is causing a fly and order
problem.
We do support the right to farm but the dog and dairy business has crossed
the line as far as being reasonable.
FRICO strongly recommends that the request for site specific development
plan and use by special review permit#1400 for a dog kennel be DENIED!
