ROAD PETITION.
To the Honorable Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado:
Gentlemen:
We, the undersigned, Citizens and Freeholders of your County, residing within two (2) miles of
the road herein sought to be laid out, respectfully represent that the necessities of the public require a County
wagon road to be laid out as follows, to-wit: Commencing at Ii
The road on the•Borth of section 5, Township 6, Borth Range 66 West of
the 6th. P. Y. and the South of Section 32, Township 7, H. Range 66,
' west
be abandoned and a new road built, starting 162 feethfrom Homer Beel's
dugout , then north and west around the upper contour of the toed
Lake to the County road running Borth and South on the West side of
Station 32-7-66, to a point about 600 feet North of the Section Corner.

Said road to be not less than sixty (60)feet in width.
We therefore petition your honorable body to cause to be laid out and opened a County road as above
described, and we, the owners of the land through which said road is sought to be laid out, in consideration
of the sum of one dollar to us each and severally in hand paid by the said County of Weld, the receipt of
which is hereby acknowledged, and of the laying out and opening of said road, hereby agree to give the right
of way through our lands as shown by the plat accompanying this petition, and relinquish all claims for

To the Honorable Board of County Commissioners of WELD County, Colo.
GENTLEMEN:—W e, the undersigned, Citizens of your County, respectfully represent that the necessities
of the public require a County wagon road to be laid out as follows, to-wit: Commencing at
a point a little east of the Northwest corner of the Northeast Quarter
of section 4 , Tp. 6 , N. , R. 67 West and running thence in a southwest-
erly direction on a curve to a point a little north of the center of
the Northwest Quarter of said section 4 , thence in a Northwesterly di-
rection and on a curve to a point a little East of the Northwest corner
thereof and connecting with the present county road running west from
the last named point.---For further reference see plat hereto attached
which is made a part of this petition. Said peace of road to run around
and along the south side of what is known as Thompson Lake.
Also to vacate that part of County Road No. 188 which runs in a
curve through the center of the South half of Section 33, Tp. 7 , N. , R.
67 West.
It is to be understood that any changes made by the above described
road will be paid for by your petitioners , that the County will not be
put to any expense whatever on account of same.
Said road to be not less than sixty (60)feet in width.
We therefore petition your honorable body to cause to be laid out and opened a County road as above de-

GENTLEMEN—
We, the undersigned, Citizens of your County, respectfully represent that the necessities of

Said road to be not less than sixty (60) feet in width.
We therefore petition your honorable body to cause to be laid out and opened a County road as
above described, and we, the owners of the land through which said road is sought to be laid out, in
considerronofjthe sum of one dollar to us each and severally in hand paid by the said County of
y' F' -� the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, and of the laying out and
opening of said road, hereby agree to give the right of way through our lands as shown by the plat
