Dear Mr.Warden:
Pursuant to the Indenture of Trust,dated as of August 15, 191,between the County of Weld(the
"County") and US Bank Trust, as successor trustee to Central Bank Denver,Waste Management
of Colorado, Inc. as successor to Waste Services, Inc. (the "Company"), hereby notifies the
County of its desire to redeem the above-referenced bonds. Such redemption shall occur on the
first available redemption date in accordance with the Indenture.
