Dear Board Members,
I am glad to see that the assessor adjusted this coming year's taxes
(2002-2003). When I saw that my property at 430 Elm Street, Eaton
was originally assessed at $160,087 I came into the office and
stated that was unrealistic. I am petioning that my taxes for this
present
year be also adiusted fairly. My present assessment( for the 2001
tax)
I believe is $160,087 and I cannot afford $1430.18. I am asking that
there be a fair adjustment for this present year. Thank you very
much
regarding this matter.
