RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING MINOR RESUBDIVISION, S#612, FOR
VACATION OF A PORTION OF BLUEBELL AVENUE LOCATED IN ETHERTON
SUBDIVISION, FILING #2 - DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works has presented the Board with a request for
Minor Resubdivision, S#612, for the Vacation of a Portion of Bluebell Avenue, located in
Etherton Subdivision, Filing #2, being further described as a parcel of land located in the NE1/4
of Section 16, Township 5 North, Range 65 West of the 6th P.M., Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a hearing before the Board was held on the 5th day of December, 2001, at
which time the Board deemed it advisable to continue said matter to February 6, 2002, at 9:00
a.m. to allow the Department of Public Works adequate time to re-evaluate some possible
layout designs.
WHEREAS, at said hearing on February 6, 2002, the Board deemed it advisable to
continue said matter to February 20, 2002, at 9:00 a.m. to allow referral agencies adequate
time to review and provide response regarding a revised proposal.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that the abovementioned matter be, and hereby is, continued to
February 20, 2002, at 9:00 a.m.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 6th day of February, A.D., 2001.
