RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING APPLICATION FOR TAVERN LIQUOR LICENSE
- RJML, LLC, DBA EL REVENTON NIGHT CLUB
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with an Application for a Tavern Liquor
License for RJML, LLC, dba El Reventon Night Club, and
WHEREAS, a hearing before the Board was held on the 4th day of February, 2002, at
which time the Board deemed it advisable to continue said matter to February 11, 2002, at 9:00
a.m. to allow RJML, LLC, dba El Reventon Night Club the opportunity to have a hearing before
a full quorum of the Board of County Commissioners.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that the abovementioned matter be, and hereby is, continued to
February 11, 2002, at 9:00 a.m.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 4th day of February, A.D., 2002.
