PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on December i 1 , 2001, the Bankruptcy Court entered
Order Approving Disclosure Statement and Confirming Debtors' Joint Plan of Reorganization
Under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code (the "Confirmation Order") by which the Court
confirmed the Chapter 11 Joint Plan of Reorganization for Galaxy Telecom, L.P. and Galaxy
Telecom Capital Corp. dated October 31, 2001 (the "Plan").
The Plan and Confirmation Order are binding upon all creditors and parties in interest.
A copy of the Plan and the Confirmation Order may be obtained from Bankruptcy Services,
