RE: GRANT MBOILE HOME REQUEST OF SCOTT A. HALL FOR A PRINCIPAL
DWELLING IN AN AGRICULTURAL ZONE DISTRICT ON A PARCEL OF
LAND DESCRIBED AS PART OF SECTION 30 , TOWNSHIP 9 NORTH,
RANGE 67 WEST OF THE 6TH P.M. , WELD COUNTY, COLORADO
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, Scott A. Hall has applied to the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado for a permit to place a
mobile home on the following described real estate, as a princi-
pal dwelling, and which is to be occupied in an A-Agricultural
Zone District, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, on the 15th day of April, 1981, considered the request
of Scott A. Hall for a mobile home as a principal dwelling on a
parcel of land more particularly described as follows :
The East Half of the East Half of Lot 4
of the Southwest Quarter of Section 30,
Township 9 North, Range 67 West of the
6th P .M. , Weld County, Colorado
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners , having heard
the applicant, finds that said request should be granted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commis-
sioners of Weld County, Colorado that the request of Scott A. Hall
for permission to place a mobile home as a principal dwelling on
the above described parcel of land be, and hereby is, granted.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 15th day of
April, A.D. , 1981.

COMMENTS:
This area is rolling hill type of terrain. An area has been develo ed fora site
previously, but there had never been a mobile home permit issued. The area to
the north is a game preserve and in Larimer County to the west is a continuation
of the game preserve. The area at this time,
is more or less, native pasture.
It seems in Weld County this is far removed from any towns, but it is only about
22 to 3 miles directly east of Wellington in Larimer County. There is a residence
to the east and one on the corner parcel to the west.
