I am amending our current permit #1096,to include a Tavern. That would give us the ability to sell liquor, beer and wine on the existing premises. The amendment would also include a future site for potential development. The mineral rights are owned by Union Pacific Land Resources Corporation and therefore you must be notified, as I had previously stated. I am preparing for a hearing in the near future.
