1. WHEREAS, THE FEDERAL LAND BANK OF WICHITA, did in the
District Court in and for Weld County, Colorado, recover a judgment
against THEODORE E. DETER, LORA M. DETER, and ANNE D. NYE, Weld
County Public Trustee, for the sum of One-hundred and twenty-four
thousand Eight-hundred and thirty-six dollars and Forty-seven cents
($124,836.47) ; and in its Decree dated July 10, 1989, the Court
ordered that I sell the property hereinafter described; and the same
was sold to FARM CREDIT BANK OF WICHITA.
D.F. 2. I signed and acknowledged in duplicate a Certificate of
$13.19 Purchase and delivered one to the purchaser and recorded the other
in the Clerk and Recorder's office of Weld County, Colorado, on July
9, 1990 at Book 1269, Film 0573, under Reception No. 02219440.
3 . The Certificate of Purchase has not been assigned.
4. The period of redemption has expired.
