RESOLUTION
RE: APPROVAL OF APPLICATIONS FOR LEASE OF STATE LAND AND WATER
PERMIT AND AUTHORIZATION FOR CHAIRMAN TO SIGN
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is 'vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Department of Engineering Services
has requested that an application be submitted to the State
Board of Land Commissioners to lease land on which to place a
grader shed for the maintenance of Grader District 20 in north-
easterly Weld County, to be known as the Vim Grader Shed, and
WHEREAS, they are further requesting that an application
be submitted to the Colorado Division of Water Resources for a
permit to use ground water, construct a well and install a pump
at said grader shed location, and
WHEREAS, said land for which the applications are being sub-
mitted is described as the NE4, NW' of Section 16 , Township 11
North, Range 58 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado, con-
taining 2. 0 Acres, more or less, and
WHEREAS, after review, the Board deems it advisable to
approve said applications, copies being attached hereto and
incorporated herein by reference.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the application to be
submitted to the State Board of Land Commissioners to lease land
on which to place a grader shed on the parcel hereinabove des-
cribed be, and hereby is, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the application
to be submitted to the Colorado Division of Water Resources for
a permit for well water on the above described parcel be, and
hereby is, approved.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the Chairman be,
