CERTIFICATION OF HEARINGS: Hearings conducted on October 30,2002: 1)Community Development
Block Grant Application for a water and sewer system connection for the Chambers Subdivision in Weld
County; and 2) A Site Specific Development Plan and Use by Special Review Permit #1392, Tri-State
Generation and Transmission Association, Inc.
