fern MEMORANDUM 1^ WIIDCTO: Board of County Commissioners 7:2 SEP I I r1 u: I q COLORADO DATE: September 3, 2002 RECL : _ FROM: Kim Ogle, Planner III SUBJECT: Extension of time for Improvements Challenger Ranch PUD Case Number S-605 Albert Challenger, applicant On August 28, 2002, the Department of Planning Services received a letter from Mr. Challenger requesting a one year extension to the existing Improvements Agreement to complete the shared internal road and utility improvements. Collateral for the improvements is in the form of a Deed of Trust for Lot 2 of the Challenger Ranch PUD, case number S-605. The Weld County Attorney, the Department of Public Works and the Department of Planning Services, have determined that the Deed of Trust for Lot 2 based on the appraisal will be sufficient to complete the work required for the Challenger Ranch PUD. The Weld County Attorney, the Department of Public Works and the Department of Planning Services, have no objection to the request of Mr. Challenger and recommend the Board of County Commissioners grant his request.
