Collateral for the improvements is in the form of a Deed of Trust for Lot 2 of the Challenger Ranch PUD, case number S-605. The Weld County Attorney, the Department of Public Works and the Department of Planning Services, have determined that the Deed of Trust for Lot 2 based on the appraisal will be sufficient to complete the work required for the Challenger Ranch PUD. The Weld County Attorney, the Department of Public Works and the Department of Planning Services, have no objection to the request of Mr. Challenger and recommend the Board of County Commissioners grant his request.
