RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENTS TO WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT BOARD AppWHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Workforce Development Board, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Alicia Ziegler be appointed to said board as
the adult literacy representative, to replace Janet Smith; and that Tony Gagliardi be appointed
to said board as the small business representative, to replace William Morton, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Alicia Ziegler and Tony Gagliardi to
said board, with their terms to expire December 31, 2002, and December 31, 2003,
respectively.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that Alicia Ziegler and Tony Gagliardi be, and hereby are, appointed to
the Workforce Development Board, with their terms to expire December 31, 2002, and
December 31, 2003, respectively.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 21st day of October, A.D., 2002.
