HomeMy WebLinkAbout840065.tiff AR1978667 RESOLUTION RE: APPROVE REINSTATING THE SW4 OF SECTION 5, TOWNSHIP 2 NORTH, RANGE 68 WEST OF THE 6TH P.M. , WELD COUNTY, COLORADO TO AN A-AGRICULTURAL ZONE DISTRICT FROM A PUD-PLANNED UNIT DEVELOP- MENT - JOHNSON CHANGE OF ZONE NO o WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, o Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the a affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and o W o WHEREAS, on the 24th day of August, 1983 , the Board did, by o w Resolution, approve a Change of Zone for Barbara J. Johnson, 6617 A Apache Court, Longmont, Colorado 80501 , from an A-Agricultural Zone District to a PUD-Planned Unit Development on the following w described parcel of land, to-wit: cr) a " b A portion of land situated in the SW4 of Section 5 , Township 2 North, Range 68 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado, more particularly Wj described as follows: co U m, z Beginning at a point on the North line of said H Southwest a from which the West a corner of said co E' Section 5 bears South 89°46 ' West a distance of w 1255. 28 feet; thence continuing along said North p line 89°46 ' East a distance of 1396 . 38 feet to • w the center of said Section 5 ; thence South 00°22 ' East along the east line of the said Southwest a m Z a distance of 2408 . 62 feet to a point on the North right-of-way line of State Highway No. 119; thence v a along said right-of-way, south 69°00 ' West a dis- tance of 110. 75 feet; thence South 86°31 ' 30" West a distance of 1310 . 81 feet; thence North parallel o ^ to the West line of the said Southwest a and leaving o M said right-of-way at this point, a distance of `" 2522 . 03 feet more or less to the point of beginning, w all bearings used herein relative to the West line of the Southwest a being North, and subject to any existing easements or rights-of-way. WHEREAS, pursuant to Court Order No. 83-CV-668 , Division II of the Weld County District Court, dated April 20 , 1984 , said par- cel of land must be reinstated to an A-Agricultural Zone District on the Weld County Zoning maps. t, - 2 840065 Page 2 RE: REINSTATING TO A-AGRICULTURAL ZONE DISTRICT - JOHNSON COZ NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com- missioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the hereinabove de- scribed parcel of land, which had been approved as a Change of Zone from A-Agricultural Zone District to a PUD-Planned Unit Development for Barbara J. Johnson, shall be reinstated to an A-Agricultural Zone District on the Weld County Zoning maps. The above and foregoing Resolution was , on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 15th day of August, A.D. , 1984 .
