WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
o Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the

WHEREAS, on the 24th day of August, 1983 , the Board did, by
o w Resolution, approve a Change of Zone for Barbara J. Johnson, 6617
A Apache Court, Longmont, Colorado 80501 , from an A-Agricultural
Zone District to a PUD-Planned Unit Development on the following
w described parcel of land, to-wit:

P.M. , Weld County, Colorado, more particularly

WHEREAS, pursuant to Court Order No. 83-CV-668 , Division II
of the Weld County District Court, dated April 20 , 1984 , said par-
cel of land must be reinstated to an A-Agricultural Zone District
on the Weld County Zoning maps.

RE: REINSTATING TO A-AGRICULTURAL ZONE DISTRICT - JOHNSON COZ
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the hereinabove de-
scribed parcel of land, which had been approved as a Change of
Zone from A-Agricultural Zone District to a PUD-Planned Unit
Development for Barbara J. Johnson, shall be reinstated to an
A-Agricultural Zone District on the Weld County Zoning maps.
The above and foregoing Resolution was , on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 15th day of
August, A.D. , 1984 .
