RE: APPROVE RECOMMENDATION TO APPOINT CAROL MELLIN TO GREELEY/WELD
COUNTY HOUSING AUTHORITY
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Greeley/Weld County Housing Authority,
and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Board of Commissioners recommends to the Mayor of the
City of Greeley that Carol Mellin be appointed to said board to replace Sandie Rutherford.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that Carol Mellin be, and hereby is, recommended for appointment to
the Greeley/Weld County Housing Authority.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 20th day of November, A.D., 2002.
