McRAE TO PRE-ADVERTISE THE APPLI- CATION FOR A USE BY SPECIAL REVIEW CONCERNING HEINRICH GRAVEL PIT WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado , and WHEREAS, Gerald B. McRae , Professional Engineer represent- ing Monte Heinrich, submitted a letter to the Board of County Commissioners requesting that the Use by Special Review applica- tion concerning Heinrich Gravel Pit be pre-advertised, and WHEREAS, a copy of said letter is attached hereto and incor- porated herein by reference , and WHEREAS, after review, the Board deems it appropriate to grant said request to pre-advertise this matter. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com- missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the request of Gerald B. McRae, representing Monte Heinrich, to pre-advertise the application for a Use by Special Review concerning Heinrich Gravel Pit be, and hereby is, granted.
