RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENTS AND REAPPOINTMENTS TO BOARD OF
ADJUSTMENT
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Board of Adjustment, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Tony Evans be appointed to said board as
the District 4 representative, to replace Norman Nash, that John Donley be appointed to said
board as the At-Large representative, to replace Arthur Partridge, and that Don Beierbach and
Michael Willits be reappointed to said board, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Tony Evans and John Donley, and
to reappoint Don Beierbach and Michael Willits to said board, with their terms to expire
December 31, 2004.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that Tony Evans and John Donley be, and hereby are, appointed to the
Board of Adjustment, with their terms to expire December 31, 2004.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, that Don Beierbach and Michael Willits be, and hereby are, reappointed to the Board
of Adjustment, with their terms to expire December 31, 2004.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 4th day of February, A.D., 2002.
