The residential portion of the Assessor's valuation is O.K. The NATURAL RESOURCES portion of the valuation is in error. There have not been any natural resources extracted from this partial since 1998. All of the gravel mining was done by Lafarge, but it was not gavel that came off our land. It was conveyed to the land and processed. Lafarge owns 23 acres in SE 1/4, Sec. 4, T2N, R68W. Some mining was done on LaFarges 23 acres, I have no idea how much. Please notify me of the time and place of my hearing. I can be reached at 303-772-4791 or by mail at the address on this letter. You have a right to attend this hearing and present evidence in support of your petition. The Weld County Assessor or his designee will be present.
