SUBJECT: MF-1006, Blue Sky Estates Minor Subdivision
Additional Comments(Final Plat)
The Weld County Public Works Department has conducted a field site visit on July 15, 2002,
regarding this final plat request and has the following additional comments.
COMMENTS:
❑ Power poles positioned along the property west of WCR 23 may need to be relocated so
as not to obstruct Blue Sky Drive.
❑ Remove the sight distance triangle from the final plat at the northwest quadrant of the
intersection of WCR 23 and WCR 14.5.
RECOMMENDATION:
The following Conditions of Approval shall be fulfilled prior to recording the final plat.
Conditions of Approval:
1. The applicant is required to address the items outlined above in the Comments.
2. All elements of this application phase shall be submitted before the review continues.
3. Issues of concern must be resolved with Public Works prior to recording the final plat.
