HomeMy WebLinkAbout20020142.tiff RESOLUTION RE: GRANT REQUEST FROM SCOTT AND CRYSTAL JOHNSON TO PRE-ADVERTISE SITE SPECIFIC DEVELOPMENT PLAN AND PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT FINAL PLAN, S #621, TO VACATE A UTILITY EASEMENT WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board has received a request from Scott and Crystal Johnson, 516 Sunnyslope, Loveland, Colorado 80537, for pre-advertisement of an application for a Site Specific Development Plan and Planned Unit Development Final Plan, S #621, to vacate a utility easement, and WHEREAS, said property is described as Lot 46, Corrected First Filing, Beebe Draw Farms; being part of Section 8, Township 3 North, Range 65 West of the 6th P.M., Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, after study and review the Board deems it advisable to grant said request, with the hearing date to be set as February 13, 2002, at 10:00 a.m. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the request from Scott and Crystal Johnson for pre-advertisement of an application for a Site Specific Development Plan and Planned Unit Development Final Plan, S #621, to vacate a utility easement, be, and hereby is, granted. We have been in the prrocess of trying to have our house constructed since May of 2000. We were under the understanding that our property line was at a different location.When we realized it was not we considered that it cost us approximately $23,000 to remove the foundation and start over.
