RE: APPROVE SIDEWALK RIGHT-OF-WAY GRANT TO CITY OF GREELEY
FOR AMBULANCE BUILDING AND AUTHORIZATION FOR CHAIRMAN
TO SIGN SAME

WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
C,
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and

WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,

Colorado, is building an addition to the Health Department for
the purpose of housing the ambulance department, and
WHEREAS, the City of Greeley has requested a conveyance
_= of right-of-way for construction of a public sidewalk across
and along the following described parcel of land, to-wit:
The North four (4) feet of the following
described property: Block B, Hospital
Addition to the City of Greeley, Weld
County, Colorado
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has studied
said grant of right-of-way and deems it advisable to approve
the same.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the request for
conveyance of right-of-way to the City of Greeley on the above-
described parcel be, and hereby is, granted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners
of Weld County, Colorado, that the Chairman of the Board is
hereby authorized to sign said grant of right-of-way.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly
made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 5th
day of August, A.D. , 1981.

GRANT OF RIGHT-OF-WAY
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that the County of Weld,
State of Colorado, hereinafter called "Grantor" hereby grants
and conveys unto the City of Greeley , a municipal corporation
and home rule city in the State of Colorado, hereinafter called
"Grantee" a right-of-way for the purposes of constructing and
maintaining and operating a public sidewalk across and along
the following described parcel of land located in Weld County,
Colorado, to-wit:
The North four (4 ) feet of the following
described property: Block B , Hospital
-- Addition to the City of Greeley , Weld
County, Colorado.
RESERVING, HOWEVER, unto Grantor , all oil , gas and other
minerals in and under the above described property together with
the right to explore for and remove the same so long as the sur-
face thereof is not disturbed, and also,
RESERVING, HOWEVER, unto Grantor , the right to access and
use of the above described property as a means of ingress and
egress to the other property owned by Grantor contiguous to the
above described property .
IN WITNESS WHEREOF , the said Grantor has caused this instru-
ment to be executed by its governing Board this 5th day of
August , 1981 .
