RE: GRANT MOBILE HOME PERMIT NO. 743 - HIPOLITO AND PAULINE
GONZALES
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado Statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado on the 15th day of June, 1983, considered the request
of Hipolito and Pauline Gonzales to place a mobile home to be
used as a principal dwelling, and to be occupied in an A-Agri-
cultural Zone District, on a parcel of land more particularly
described as follows:
Part of the NWa NW4, Section 9 , T4N, R67W
of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, having heard
the testimony, finds that said request should be granted subject
to the applicant applying for and receiving a building permit for
the mobile home within thirty (30) days from the date of approval
by the Board of County Commissioners.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the request of Hipolito
and Pauline Gonzales to place a mobile home to be used as a prin-
cipal dwelling on the above described parcel of land, which was
found to be in compliance with the Weld County Zoning Ordinance,
Section 43, be, and hereby is, granted subject to the condition
as above listed.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 15th day of
June, A.D. , 1983 .

The Department of Planning Services staff has reviewed this request and recommends that

COMMENTS:

application.
The Department of Planning Services staff recommendation for approval is
conditional upon the applicant applying for and receiving a building permit
for the mobile home within thirty (30) days from the date of approval by
the Board of County Commissioners.
