RE: GRANT MOBILE HOME REQUEST OF ARNOLD AND NELDA RIPPE FOR
A PRINCIPAL DWELLING IN AN AGRICULTURAL ZONE DISTRICT
ON A PARCEL OF LAND DESCRIBED AS PART OF THE NORTHWEST
QUARTER OF SECTION 8, TOWNSHIP 1 NORTH, RANGE 61 WEST OF
THE 6TH P.M. , WELD COUNTY, COLORADO.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, Arnold and Nelda Rippe have applied to the Board
of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, for a permit
to place a mobile home on the following described real estate,
as a principal dwelling, and which is to be occupied in an
A-Agricultural Zone District, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, on the 16th day of September, 1981, considered the
request of Arnold and Nelda Rippe for a mobile home as a
principal dwelling on a parcel of land more particularly
described as follows :
The Northwest Quarter of Section 8, Township
1 North, Range 61 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld
County, Colorado.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, having heard
the applicants, finds that said request should be granted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado that the request of
Arnold and Nelda Rippe for permission to place a mobile home as
a principal dwelling on the abovedescribed parcel of land be
and hereby is, granted.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly
made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 16th
day of September, A.D. , µl9,81.

with the growing number of burglaries and vandalism occuri.ng in Southeast
Weld county we feel that it is to our benefit to have someone living on
the premises.
The mobile home is owned by our daughter, Sherry Ripe and she is the
person who will be occupying it. She will be employed by us part time.
