RE: APPOINTMENT OF CHARLES ERICKSON TO THE HOUSING AUTHORITY
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Weld County
Housing Authority due to the resignation of John Cowart, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Charles Erickson
be appointed to fill the term to expire September 13, 1984 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that Charles Erickson
be, and hereby is, appointed to fill the unexpired term of
John Cowart as stated herein.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 15th day
of December, A.D. , 1982 .
